    Shortly before his untimely death, former British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook told the House of Commons that “Al Qaeda” is not really a terrorist group but a database of international mujaheddin and arms smugglers used by the CIA and Saudis to funnel guerrillas, arms, and money into Soviet-occupied Afghanistan.

    “If they put up a video which talks about how terrible Americans are, we put up a video which talks about, you know, how terrible they are,” Clinton said."

    Al-Qaida don't use the word Kafir, if it were in South Africa by Afrikaaners then yes. This is a worldwide or predominantly ME thing, not a South African ONLY war.

    Kafir or kuffar originated in Arabic and is the term given for those that are not followers of Islam/Christianity/Judaism.

    According to this Imam kufar only attributes to non-muslims. But once again that is just from one Imam's view. http://www.muslimasoasis.com/2010/05/calling-people-kufar/

    Hillary, you are about 20 years late off the mark.

    The Islamists have had free run of the media for decades. The tongue-tied west has been able to say little if anything interesting, imaginitive or useful in return.

    OK, so you've got the tools now. What would you like to say to the real world out there, apart from the obvious surface stuff you have spouted to captive US audiences so far?

    @Honest

    Yes, I know, but that is NOT how it is used anymore. That word nowadays refers to on particular ethnic group.

    Did you not read the Imam's article? It means UNBELIEVER for those that do not believe in Islam. Please show me anywhere where it means refers to someone of a particular ethnicity.

    Referring back to the Cold War era during ''our fight against international communism,'' Clinton said media tactics had worked well and that in 2013 the United States would confront a similar challenge with an up-to-date strategy.

    She's referring to Radio Free Europe Radio Liberty.
