It is what I think-- so Mrs Clinton calling for the Talebans to reconcile with the Afghan nat'l government some sort of a calculated move to defeat insurgency? LOL

It's gimmicky. And any decent Philippino who have a fair knowledge of counter-insurgency during the 1950s would point out that this is full of s____t
