That is what Saudi Arabia and others have done here. ==They exported their revolution by having all of their unhappy, young unemployed join these extremist cults and then ship them to Syria. You have massive unemployment around the World right now and the Middle East is close to tops statistically.

Should just just level the city all together. The civilians there should know the danger they are in and the responsible ones will leave. Hell, I'd even give them advance notice. You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

Burning Bush:
Not only that! As we speak, Obama is supporting the Syrian "vetted rebels" and training them in camps in Turky, plus he is sending "humanitarian" aid to ISIS, which ISIS taxes and the distributes in the population. Thus, he is freeing ISIS from the obligation to help its population.
It is infuriating to watch this self-defeating policy.

Gosh, it seems the IS is taking a beating after the dumb decisions to kill the two Japanese men and the Jordanian pilot without getting any money or the release of the wacko would-be-suicide bomber woman. I guess heads will roll or entire bodies will be burnt...
