Liberalism at its best! This certainly was murder. An 8 mo. old baby would have survived a natural birth even if birthed at home. The reason the the child died was probably due to the sloppy removal method which was murder. This woman should never see freedom again.

Or they could be paying attention to important matters in the state legislature...

She removed a seemingly healthy living child from the womb of the mother who carried, cared for, and suffered the inconvenience to have a child full term. 1 month early brutally removed is MURDER! The poor mother may or may not now be sterile after a basement through the tummy for forcefully aborted pregnancy.

Because that could lead to making third-trimester abortion illegal. Apparently the Legislature and Judiciary are not competent to distinguish between abortions performed by doctors and with consent of mother from those performed by random strangers with no consent.
