Healthcare and health of citizens is related to many factors. It is not just about finding cures via hospitals/doctors.
It also involve making sure society follows a healthy life style. Do not do drugs,smoke or overeat and don't do many other things, that affect health/society's well being.
The Government/hospitals/doctors alone cannot do this job.
The disease cure is more effective via good vibes prevention projects.

raja, Good point. I think the government should enact laws prohibiting people from overeating, smoking (yuk) and consuming narcotics! If they do any, their health care should go bye bye.
