Jim Traficant says it all: "Germany should send John Demjanjuk home. How, in God’s name, can Germany accept any evidence from the U.S. Justice Department who suborned perjury in the first trial, withheld evidence, obstructed justice, and violated John Demjanjuk’s civil rights?" http://www.americanfreepress.net/html/demjanjukfights201.html
It seems nobody but Traficant was willing to help the poor man when he was wrongfully accused the first time. There is no reason to expect the "evidence" to be any more legit this time. Damn shame!

Sabi, you've been going on about this guy for a while... why?

This old man went through hell during his first trial and came very close to being wrongfully executed. Nobody in the US government, except Traficant, dared to help him. Instead members of the US governments and others conspired to wrongfully convict him. Did you bother to read the article I linked to.
It bothers me to see someone being punished for something he did not do.

skip, but the article was written by Traficant himself. The only congressman who dared to help this American.
He states about the first trial:
"John Demjanjuk was innocent—convicted of mass murder, sentenced to death and awaiting execution—and no one seemed to care. I thought, what has happened to our great country that it could produce this type of brutal crime against this American and his family?"
Demjanjuk's son had “been to every office in the House and Senate, and no one would even speak with him because the matter was too sensitive.”
His staffer told him “Do not meet with him; you’ll be ostracized, destroyed, ruined. Let him go back to his own congressman and the two senators of Ohio.”
The staffer was right, they went after Traficant with a vengence, because he saved the life of Demjanjuk when he was wrongfully sentenced to death.
Strange how certain very powerful people could arrange to get an innocent man sentenced to death AND arrange to get Traficant jailed for saving his life AND manage to scare everyone else in the House and Senate.
I have very serious doubts about the new accusations.

Given the fact that Elie Wiesel has been proven to be a total fraud, I have very serious doubts about ANY of the accusations made against Demjanjuk, or anyone else either. Time to account for every last one of the so called exterminated by name, and put a stop to this perpetual victimhood for oil. Let science speak, not propaganda. Not denying something happened. But, it's time, once and for all, to quantify it. Real, hard numbers. The ones I believe right now come from the International Committee of the Red Cross, 185,000. Horrific, by any stretch. But 6,000,000 with little evidence to solidly back that up? C'mon, let Demjanjuk go, if nothing else, for lack of solid evidence, or at least compassion, something we're supposed to pride ourselves on.
And,
You know and I know they have the title "MK" and live in Tel-Aviv & Jerusalem.
