For now at least. In a year from now, we'll be singing:

"Trumpty Dumpty said 'Build that Wall,'

Trumpty Dumty had a great fall.

One sign reads: “Trump/Sununu. Because Health Care Is For Losers,” a swipe at Trump’s vow to repeal the Affordable Care Act, President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare law.

Trump's pitch is chaos. Chaos if he wins, chaos if he loses.

Trump is certifiable.

5 ( +7 / -2 )

. . . much of the backing for Clinton and Trump comes from people whose primary motivation is to stop the other side from winning, rather than any love for either of the two candidates or their policies.

Neither side wants the other to be selecting any scotus justices. That's the heart of the matter.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

.....or Trump, Trump, Clinton popularity is in a slump. Secure the border and ignite the economy for all hard workers to make more money.

-4 ( +3 / -7 )

Democrats will do whatever can keep them in the WH. Whatever lie can work, do it. Race, so called war on women etc. Integrity and honesty is not something that they're known for.

.....or Trump, Trump, Clinton popularity is in a slump. Secure the border and ignite the economy for all hard workers to make more money.

Sorry, too honest for the Dems to use.

-10 ( +3 / -13 )

The sign should read "because health care is for the insurance companies and Obama is in their back pocket".

-12 ( +1 / -13 )

So who here is voting for Trump?

0 ( +1 / -1 )

If the democrats were truly trying to paint Trump as the boogie man, they need to go no further than repeating what Trump said about KILLING ALL FAMILY MEMBERS OF TERRORIST.

That is by far the most extreme, immoral, illegal action he wants to take. For reasons I don't understand, no one is highlighting that statement, not the republicans, democrats, nor media.

I'm still curious of how Trump supporters like Bass, Fizz and Mark, feel about this particular topic?

3 ( +6 / -3 )

If it's Hillary and Trump...me. Out of my political party but Hillary is not what USA needs and I will use the block vote method.

-5 ( +2 / -7 )

If more people vote then Trump wins.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

Vp selections are serious considerations. Hillary must put the FBI investigation to rest. Ongoing and it was expected to have concluded by now but....ongoing. They must be building a solid case for the presumed presidential nominee.

Stuart, campaign words are one thing actions are different. And understanding the context is sometimes reading between the line. In no way did Trump want to kill ALL family members, besides, he recanted that statement. The collateral damage the Obama drones have done are similar to what Trump said.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Hillary must put the FBI investigation to rest.

How would she go about doing that?

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Democrats will do whatever can keep them in the WH It's called politics. But at least if the Dems stay the American Indians can also stay on their sacred lands so it won't be Andrew Jackson all over again with Trump's 100-foot high wall.

The sign should read "because health care is for the insurance companies and Obama is in their back pocket". If Trump gets elected it means more public healthcare.

U.S. liberals will never admit it, but Mrs. Clinton only has had jobs because she is married to her husband. Her lone claim to fame was being the only democrat to be fired from her job during the Watergate hearings in the 1970s because of mishandling official government documents (sounds familiar?).

Even democrats don't want her to represent them in a general election. The DNC Powers That Be tossed her to the curb the last time she tried secure the nomination for a rookie U.S. senator. That's why Sen. Sanders remains in the hunt for the democratic nod.

Bottom line: If it weren't for her marital connection to Mr. Clinton, there is no way on this planet she would even be conidered a viable candidate. . . .

-8 ( +2 / -10 )

MarkG: they must be building a solid case for the presumed presidential nominee.

Well I think most people understand that the GOP will time the release closer to the election.

0 ( +1 / -1 )

A figure of speech stranger.....either she gets indicted or no charges. Indictment and Clinton foundation inappropriate practices look to be eminent. She will lie as she has done previously claiming no worries. She's wrong and timing couldn't be worse.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Yeah, being as how Democratic primary voting is down whilst Trump has boosted Republican primary voting, the Democrats are desperateto get more voters, but that is difficult with Trump pulling many Democratic voters fed up with corrupt, establishment candiates ...

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Clinton foundation inappropriate practices Unless there are any lawsuits or indictments (like with Trump University) it's just hate talk towards Hillary. The news outlet that reports on this is the same one pushing the Vincent Foster story. Clinton haters think the Clintons shot and killed Vincent Foster.

Clinton only has had jobs Well, there is GWB. But what would she do? Work at Walmart as the greeting lady?

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

DEM will be using 136 million dollars in 4 states that include NV. Two were displayed one is conventional and another is weird our local moderator explained..

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

More free advertising for Trump --Has worked so far so why stop now?

0 ( +1 / -1 )

U.S. liberals will never admit it, but Mrs. Clinton only has had jobs because she is married to her husband.

She has her job because of her connections. What a revelation. Please tell us a politician who didn't get to where they are by their connections.

3 ( +6 / -3 )

Every act of civil disobedience by their petulant mob, every protester who breaks the law or waves a Mexican flag as a political statement in favor of illegal immigration, might as well be voting for Trump. I suspect many voters saw that violent protest in CA and said 'Trump is right'. That riot was worth millions in Trump campaign adds. Now Sander's supporters are beginning to misbehave as well. Democrats cannot contain their herd. There will be a stampede.

Hillary would terrify small children working as a greeting lady for Walmart, oh, but she was on their board of directors for 6 years.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

U.S. liberals will never admit it, but Mrs. Clinton only has had jobs because she is married to her husband. Her lone claim to fame was being the only democrat to be fired from her job during the Watergate hearings in the 1970s because of mishandling official government documents (sounds familiar?).

BINGO!

Even democrats don't want her to represent them in a general election. The DNC Powers That Be tossed her to the curb the last time she tried secure the nomination for a rookie U.S. senator. That's why Sen. Sanders remains in the hunt for the democratic nod.

They're all over the place, what'd you expect. They're panicking now and the only way to stop Trump is dig as deep as they can to find any junk or demonized him as some sort of evil racist. Again, Trump has his share of baggage, but no one is denying that. Liberals on the other hand, as in Obama's favorite words, "NOT a smidgen" of corruption on the DNC part.

Bottom line: If it weren't for her marital connection to Mr. Clinton, there is no way on this planet she would even be conidered a viable candidate. . . .

Excellent point. Hillary doesn't have what it takes to be a leader and by that, I mean having integrity Without a doubt, she would be nothing right now if it wasn't for the power of her husband. She is a flawed candidate and the biggest problem with liberals and Hillary in general is, they are always too confident and too optimistic. They ate crow in 2010 and in 2014. Did they ever learn what it means to be humble? No.

-9 ( +1 / -10 )

so it is not so desperate, there is still some use of Mr Trump after all....

Stuart, campaign words are one thing actions are different.

(By that logic I guess it's ok when some extremist wants to excite followers by saying death to America?)

And understanding the context is sometimes reading between the line.

(He said we SHOULD KILL THE FAMILIES OF TERRORIST, not much room for reading between those lines. What do you think he meant by it?)

In no way did Trump want to kill ALL family members, besides, he recanted that statement.

(Yet that's exactly what he called for and he only recanted after being told of the potential blowback!)

The collateral damage the Obama drones have done are similar to what Trump said.

(On that point I would agree but Trump has not said he would discontinue the practice of drone assassinations.)

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Right wing media in the bubble must be really pushing the empty platitudes, and aren't we the lucky ones here who get to read them.

0 ( +2 / -2 )

The fault is with the voters supporting this clown. The mind boggles at the complete lack of seriousness or rationality of anyone supporting Trump.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

KILLING ALL FAMILY MEMBERS OF TERRORIST.

Stuart, this was just a "suggestion," along with building the wall or banning Muslims from entering the US or tax policy - or pretty much anything Trump utters. He hopes to be "unpredictable," see, to keep enemies both domestic and foreign guessing. I've asked on this site any Trump supporters to state with confidence what policies they believe Trump will implement and have received no replies, which shows an above-average intelligence for Trump-supporters: it is an acknowledgement that the candidate himself does not know.

So whether a President Trump will blow to smithereens innocent family members of terrorists probably depends on his mood - heck, as does his net worth.

2 ( +3 / -1 )

I would Prefer Bernie to anyone else but if Hillary comes to power nothing will change Hillary is the Status Quo and the other represent change and thats what scares all the power brokers and others in power change.

Thats why you need either Bernie or Trump and Trump should lose to Bernie maybe then we can change the US for the better and Hillary is not going to change the US needs.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

So the democrat party is trying to motivate voters less on Hillary's virtues than Trump's vices? This has been tried in the past, and it has failed. People vote because they like a candidate, not because they hate another. If Hillary is that good of a candidate, then that should be enough if she is not, then you have to play the fear card.

It seems the powers-that-be are more fearful of Trump winning than they have previously let on.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

It seems the powers-that-be are more fearful of Trump winning than they have previously let on.

And so they should... he's crazy. Can you imagine if he loses... marching on Washington, supported by his pitchfork and torch waving mob, calling for witches to be burnt at the stake (no doubt targeting Hillary). I think America needs to be very wary of Trumpetty Trump.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

People vote because they like a candidate, not because they hate another.

People should vote because they agree with a candidate's positions and have a certain belief in the candidate's ability to implement them. It's been said, rightly, in my opinion, that Clinton will continue the gradual liberal shift seen under Obama. What do you think Trump would bring, sangetsu? Do you have any clue beyond his banner statements? Have you looked at his tax policies, for example? - those that would explode the base deficit far beyond anything seen in American history? Do you support that specifically, or are you just kinda like the "I dunno, dude, whatever, but anything's better than the status quo" type? Specifics, please.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Trump and Clinton are virtually tied in most polls and there's an excellent chance Clinton will be indicted over the email server scandal, which could actually hand Trump the election unless the Democrats come to their senses and nominate Sanders.

Serrano

Dream on!

0 ( +1 / -1 )

While campaigning in KY, Hillary is telling the voters about the role her husband would play in her administration. She may as well be saying, "I’m not qualified to be president, so I’m bringing my husband, the former POTUS with me."

She's smart, but no natural politician.

She's a neurotic mess, with a trainload full of baggage.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

"While campaigning in KY, Hillary is telling the voters about the role her husband would play in her administration. She may as well be saying, "I’m not qualified to be president, so I’m bringing my husband, the former POTUS with me."

Another way to look at it is Hillary Clinton can seek the counsel of one of the most gifted and intelligent politicians of modern times.

Trump's wife can offer what? Make-up tips?

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Another way to look at it is Hillary Clinton can seek the counsel of one of the most gifted and intelligent politicians of modern times.

Yeah, but that doesn't fit in with their smear campaign.

It's amazing that they've managed to convince people she'd be worse than Trump. It's amazing that it seems to be working.

-1 ( +1 / -2 )

Serrano is right, Hillary and Trump are tied on polls. GOP members trust Trump but not Ryan.

There is another Destroy Trump movement again. Tea Party want to destroy Trump. They have been unsuccessful because some Trump haters always claim Trump belong to Tea Party,

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Trump's wife can offer what? Make-up tips?

The tolerance of a liberal on display. Why should she bring anything? What did Jackie O bring? Or Michelle?

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Trump has been criticized by mainstream GOP and all sort of people since he appeared in political scenes. Then he has been gaining numbers of delegates. Candidates who tried to insult or disturbed his campaigns gradually disappeared. Now GOP members are trying to make their henchmen to be his running mate to boss him.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Strangerland,

It's amazing that it seems to be working.

Working? On whom? Other than Republicans, and as of yet, not all have come home.

Where do you see its working?

1 ( +1 / -0 )

"The tolerance of a liberal on display. Why should she bring anything? What did Jackie O bring? Or Michelle?"

Nothing to do with tolerance. I can't offer tips on most things.

I'm still wondering why having one of the most gifted and intelligent politicians of modern times to turn to is a bad thing for a politician. Do you know any good reasons?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

"Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate who has stirred controversy with his comments about illegal immigrants and women" has yet to learn anything from his campaign . . . witness the following . . .

"During a Fox News interview the following day, the presumptive Republican nominee said people "loved" the (Taco Bowl) tweet."

"I had 59,000 retweets, 59,000 in a short time," he told "Fox & Friends." "That's almost got to be some kind of a record. People loved it."

"And you know what, I mean, I'm going to do great with the Hispanics," he added.

Government Of, By And For The Tweet, Donald J. Trump, Gameshow Host

I don't think Hillary has any chance in coal country Kentucky and Oregon seems to Bernie Country. Maybe she can scam a few more super-delegates but the people's vote she will lose.

Trump will win Kentucky easily. Oregon being more liberal will be difficult -will depend on how many anti-Trump protestors show up and cause a panic among voters that are against the Libs.

Supposed to see this new ads but Nevada TV is too busy reporting Sanders supporters crushed NV Dem convention and had chair throwing fight with Dem members. Then Sanders people went Chair person's job and attacked her in restaurant she works and they gave her death threatening letter.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

I'm still wondering why having one of the most gifted and intelligent politicians of modern times to turn to is a bad thing for a politician.

Because saying so allows them to continue their smear campaign.

https://youtu.be/rArpYQOr8hE (Explanation of DNC Las Vegas Bernie delegate screw-over)

As corrupt as Ted Cruz and the RNC were -I would have to admit the DNC is much worse. Had a vote on the floor and the "nay/no" vote won. DNC chair said your vote does not matter and asked them to leave.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Harry Reid talked to Sanders and withdraw death threat on Dem Chair Sanders said these people are just protesting unfairness of NV Dem Party and so Reid could.to make Sanders to withdraw death threat so death threat is still valid. Dem chair's employer trstaurant owner closed business. Sanders backers came to Las Vegas to destroy Dem party here and kill her the rumor goes. This is just local organization and so Reid tried to make peace. But Sanders refused Reid's suggestion to withdraw death threat on Chair lady.

Had the results 3 hours before the vote even occurred.

“We don’t know how popular this guy is going to get,” Newman said. “This is just the beginning.”

The popcorn tastes good.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

@badsay3:new rumor. Sanders figured if NV Dem party members are enough bothered, NV will hands out all delegates to Sanders. This is my guess. Probably Reid recalled his time when he was NV gaming control, board chair and ousted mafia casino owners to clean LV. Facing Sanders crowd is harder than ousting Mafia murderers.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

For decades it's been more of the, "Vote for the lesser of two evils" for many people that are unaffiliated with either party. I see the same thing here as well. Dem supporters don't need to point it out to me. I just have observed Trump and heard what he had to say, as well as his past and present actions. I know more than what I need to know to not vote for a that farce.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Official explanation of what went down in Nevada:

Although Hillary Clinton won the Nevada caucuses in February, the Sanders campaign worked hard to win delegates at county conventions and was hopeful that it could emerge from the state with an equal number of delegates or more. But the state convention, held at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, deteriorated into chaos after nearly 60 of Mr. Sanders’s potential delegates were deemed ineligible amid a dispute over the rules. The convention concluded abruptly after security staff no longer felt it could ensure the safety of the participants, many of whom were yelling and throwing things.

-For what really happened go to YouTube and see the videos.

Bernie is much like Trump that if he went 3rd party he could make a serious run at winning it. Can Bernie beat Trump? -only if 100% of young voters come out register and vote. Hillary is so unpopular right now it could happen and even sink the Democratic Party. You could even have a Trump vs Cruz vs Bernie vs Hillary Presidential Election.
