And walking away with no deal also guarantees Iran develops a nuclear weapon.

Not if Israel bombs Iran into the Stone Age first.

There is no military option except for regime change. Their facilities are too spread out and too much is underground. A military strike might set them back, but not by much, and at that point you've opened up Pandora's box.
