Deep recession in Japan, mild recession in Europe, US (Wall Street) occupied by protesters...better stop wasting money on G7, G20.. summits

Maybe it wouldn't be such bad thing to have austerity and have people in Europe (the true home of socialism too) discover the joys of living simple lives. I think it would help them to understand where a lot of the immigrants are coming from. They don't need cars and fancy smart phones or expensive clothes and 4 week vacations all summer.

The horrible misguided Euro project is pulling them all down. Like a continental suicide pact. It is sad to watch this slow-motion disaster enfolding.... and all of it caused by the Euro political elites and their boundless ignorance and arrogance.

And what country would that be? Greece? And how do you know where I am from anyway, and why does that matter?

No, 6 years ago, the party was still on. Greece and Italy could borrow and German rates, and the German pockets looked infinitely deep. Not anymore. And your shift key is stuck.

sorry, "at German rates" of course

Truly bizarre times we live in. The cradle-to-grave welfare state known as Europe is about to implode while in America the Democrats, led by Obama and Pelosi, are dismantling the greatest, most prosperous economy in history in order to rebuild it in imitation of the failed European model.

And you should be down on your knees thanking them for it, for they are trying to reverse things set in motion by the previous government. Sadly, instead of begging their thanks, as you should be as an American, you are pulling the same kind of attitude that the GOP has, blocking any and all progress the nation could be making under your savior's wing. Fortunately, you can make amends from 2012 to 2016. :)

Pelosi has tripled her personal fortune since 2008. Yeah, she is really turning things around.

Bow down, brother... you know I speak the truth, and you know that trying to deny it gets you about as far as your filibuster friends in the GOP stifle your nation. If there were none of them you could progress, but alas, you seem hell bent on going backwards.
