Everest climbing season in disarray after Sherpa deaths

I wonder if this will affect "Imoto san's" plan. If i'm not mistaken she is on her way to climb the Everest for her recording of "ItteQ".

I talked to some Nepali acquaintances about this. The Nepali government "pockets" massive amounts of money paid for by climbers and the guides (who are risking their lives) get so little.

The Nepalese announced that those who have become unable to climb this season will be able to return with no additional fees within the next five years. I guess refunds are out of the question?
