This is just the tip f the iceberg there will be many more to come..

Finally something positive about Charlie Sheen!

Why this man has been given so many chances by Hollywood is disturbing. The guy belongs in jail.

"The couple had sex at least five times before Ross discovered his medications for the treatment of HIV, she said. The couple later fell in love and had unprotected sex “like a normal couple.”"

So, after having sex several times (for payment), she discovered the meds, then 'falls in love', continues 'as a normal couple', and now sues? What part of that does not just sound like GOLD DIGGER?

What part of that does not just sound like GOLD DIGGER?

So that makes it okay to knowingly engage in unprotected sex while having HIV and possibly infecting her?

So that makes it okay to knowingly engage in unprotected sex while having HIV and possibly infecting her?

So wait... she knew about it, continues, and shouldn't be held at least partly responsible for her own health? If she found the meds, added things up, and still continued then no... she doesn't have a case. That doesn't make it ok for him to do it at all, but personal responsibility should count for something here.

It was reported she was one of the blackmailers.

It seems more like her cash-cow evaporated with his admission so she's trying a different squeeze now.

I'm sure, however, that some gullible feminists will be prepared to believe every word from the mouth a 10,000 dollar a night whore.

Under California’s criminal statute, a person who knowingly exposes another to HIV through unprotected sex must be proved to have had a deliberate intent to infect them.

What moron thought up that one?

For thousands of years, women were marginalized. It was not fair because some women are truly worthy of respect, and some men truly aren't. But here the men allow all women the right to vote, hold high office, work, and have access to the court system, and this is what happens. It might not be PC to say, and again I reiterate that some women are truly worthy of respect and every right we have, but there are far too many women who are made of sheer fruitcake. And if intelligent, sensible women don't stand up against such krazy women as this one, the clock could very well begin going backwards on women's rights. We have actually seen a lot of this sort of madness lately.

Anyway, if Sheen did not reveal his HIV status up front, he is a complete ass and should be locked up for it. But if any of his partners, male or female, accept that, stay with him, and even claim to have fallen in love, then by Jove, they have just declared that he was not a complete ass to them, and not a criminal either. And therein ends the concern of the law, or should, and what men would be later complaining and attempting to abuse the court system to get money on top of the thousands already paid?

I was, at first, inclined to take the women's word that Sheen hid his HIV status from them, and leave it at that. Now I am not sure. Now I am wonder if they all accepted it and kept with him, and now that they have been dumped, have banded together and concocted this story in an attempt to extort this reckless playboy. The jury is not out, but serious doubts have been sown.

from the mouth a 10,000 dollar a night whore.

Unnecessary verbage. Taking money for sex does not and should not make one unworthy of respect or trust. In and of itself, it is just a deal, much like any other, and worthy people of both genders have done it. However those who attempt to extort former lovers for cash are beneath contempt. You should have said a 10,000 a night extortionist.

To paraphrase Presidential candidate and part-time rooftop bee keeper,

The American people are sick and tired about hearing about Charlie Sheen.

She is looking to lose this lawsuit. The abuse/assault charge should have gone to the police, not in a lawsuit. She apparently never contracted the disease despite admittedly having unprotected sex AFTER finding out about his condition, so there's no possibility of getting an award based on pain and suffering. Finally, her "emotional stress" apparently disappeared after getting married because she, again, agreed to have unprotected sex with him despite knowing of his condition.

As for him "making" her get an abortion, ever try to get a prostitute to do something she doesn't want to? If she had wanted to bring the fetus to term, she would have no matter WHO the father was.

Ross’ lawsuit said she first met Sheen in November 2013, when he paid $10,000 to have sex with her. The couple had sex at least five times before Ross discovered his medications for the treatment of HIV, she said. The couple later fell in love and had unprotected sex “like a normal couple.”

She had agreed unprotected sex with Charlie after she discovered his medical record. Now she is suing Charlie for unspecified amount of damages. I believe she already blackmail Charlie after broken up with him. Now she wants more money. I hope judge will throw the case out. Greedy bitch.
