    I still can't figure out why the very important government sites don't use a completely seperate operating system in the first place and then transmits only (no recieving at all) to seperate system that it feeds the information into the EVERYBODY has it Windows OS. Cyber attacks, the other option is that each computer needs a specific hard code transmission that it sends out each time it sends a message....
