Well, they know exactly where to place a bomb inside a bus for maximum carnage. Every Afghani/Pakistani militant undergoes training for this kind of bus operation so they will surely be very happy to accept the victory laurels.

Allah will be angry, of course, but none of them truly know the love and kindness of Allah. One day they may become true believers, but how many people will they kill first? (Using His Name without permission.)

I've found that, when it come to issues of spirituality and God, that humans are probably the worst possible authority available. If this explosion were a religiously motivated incident we would have another sad example of the same. Or, to paraphrase, the religion of pieces strikes again.
