“I consider that Hasna Aitboulahcen is a victim,” the family’s lawyer Fabien Ndoumou said Wednesday.

I consider her a co-conspirator for the aiding, abetting and harboring of her cousin. Isn't her cousin's cell responsible for the deaths of 130 in Paris last November?

Her mother, sister and brother filed a complaint against persons unknown for terrorism and murder on January 13 with Paris anti-terrorist judge

If he's a good judge, he'll throw the complaint out.

The complaint should be investigated. It does no one any good to blame the innocent, even when they appear at first glance to be guilty.

Exactly, it is good for a democracy that one can file up any claim and get the case investigated.

No, it is a waste of time. She knew what her cousin was when she let him in. The fact that they both died horrible, violent deaths is the only positive that can be taken from their lives. The way they died was the best way possible for scum that are willing to kill innocent people in the name of a warped and demented religion. Brain-washed and wasted lives.

. She knew what her cousin was when she let him in

How do you know that?

Live by the sword, die by the sword. Why do terrorists and their accomplices find that so hard to understand?

Hmm. I suppose to just be politically correct about it they should investigate. But, really, was she just in the wrong place at the wrong time? I don't think so. What were those words she said before her companions blew her and themselves up . . . "He's not my boyfriend!" A far cry from shouting something like, "Get me the heck out of here! These guys are nuts!" Wrong place at the wrong time? No, I think she was exactly where she wanted to be and that her friends were a gang of murderous fanatics. How couldn't she? Was she mentally handicapped? I don't think so.

The family doesn't look like they have much of a leg to stand on. Also, the French authorities should place the terrorists' families under a microscope (which I'm sure they've been doing) to learn more about these nasty jihadis living amongst them. In other words, since this family is so vocal and living in obvious denial or a flat out lie, are they or were they ever supportive of ISIS and what it stands for and was such a home or family environment in any way responsible for the murderous acts of their children. Leave no stone unturned.

If you think we have any way of knowing what the truth behind this story is, from reading news stories, you're sadly mistaken. It's as plausible that she knew everything as it is that she knew nothing. There are too many variables, and news stories are not always accurate. Only a proper investigation can tell.
