30 more dead , due to the illegal invasion of Iraq.

There was no terror in Iraq until it was invaded. Saddam Hussein was a bit of a ruffian, but Iraq was a mor secure and sfaer place then.

Not if you were an enemy of Saddam. But yes, otherwise you are right. Saddam certainly kept a lid on the islamists. That was the stupidity of the Bush advisors -- believing that by removing Saddam, they would create a liberal democracy.

Well somebody tell me like you all knew the other day, why did this woman commit a suicide bombing?

One poster claimed they were women who had been raped?

Then there was the Muslim hatred.

Just looking for an answer from all those who knew so much the other day. < :-)

What motivates these women to kill themselves?

The men are given their promises of Paradise, but what of the women?

some14some: I wasn't gender discriminating at all. My original comment was longer and I touched on how ALL suicide bombings are wrong. It got shortened when the poster before me was deleted.

Ever hear expressions like, "I'm at a loss for words", or, "words don't describe it"? It refers to words being unable to express the horror (and in some cases joy, but not here) of a situation, but such phrases are still uttered. They usually have quite a different nuance than saying nothing at all, particularly when it's not a face-to-face discussion.
