    Regardless of how they kill them, the seals carry worms, which have infected the cod stocks, and almost decimated that fishery. The cod will never recover if the seals are allowed to multiply indefinitely. Like it or not, humans are part of this process, and have been for centuries. Cull, OK. But humanely.

    Yeah, a bit like the non-fatal blows inflicted on the seals before they're skinned alive.
