This guy will be the first of many members of Al Queda that President Obama will end up releasing onto the streets of America. It's funny that Obama assumes that Ghailani will be convicted. I wonder if you will be surprised if the kangaroo court he is expecting let's the go off?

I expect most Gitmo inmates will make the same plea, despite the Extreme Right cooking up ideas that if they are in Gitmo they are "extremely dangerous criminals" not to mention the almost complete lack of any evidence to convict most of these guys of any crime at all.
Who cooked up the kangaroo courts - sorry 'military tribunals' idea to try Gitmo inmates?
That's right - George Bush.

They probably choose him first as he is the only one who they can prove a case against. So many others are maybe innocent. All should get large payments and appoligies if they are not proved guilty.
