Fishermen, environmentalists pressure EU over fish quotas

Gotta start fish farms folks, or keep some facilities that can artificially inseminate the eggs until they hatch and release them back to sea.

The number one thing they need to do is allow the species in dangerously low populations to breed up to snuff. If they don't, there will be no more of those types of fish and nothing to overfish. Extinction is forever.

Might try seeding open waters with fertilizers, boosting the food chain.
