I see absolutely no problem with her tweet. Sounds like a bunch of holier than thou. Don't you just love them? < :-)

This journalist really needs to write more clearly:

    First we have:

for posting a tweet less than an hour after her 2-year-old son drowned in a swimming pool at her home.

    then:

Her son, Bryson, died at a hospital less than an hour after paramedics responded.

The two sentences don't mesh well. One implies she sent the tweet while her son was still bobbing in the pool, the other sometime after her son was declared dead at the hospital. But since one contains verifiable facts and the other doesn't, we can safely assume it was the latter, and the former is just irresponsible bullcrap and the "journalist" should be caned.

This is not much different than calling her family to tell them the news. Its not like she could run into the operating room and beat his chest. People are stupid enough. They really don't need the help of the "press" to get even dumber.

She forgot to specify which God to pray to.

At that point, I doubt she cared about anything other then that her son would live.
