I real feel for this lady. I know I have a hard time making sure my data roaming is off on my smart phone. I went to Europe and wanted to use my phone just with wi-fi but there was no clear indication that it wasn't roaming, so I just turned it off instead.

Only morons leave their devices on roam while traveling internationally. They are lucky the company was so nice.
