Just what the US needs, another blowhard in Washington. This guy was unbearable on CNN, just imagine him on the hill on the public dime.

First of all, he doesn't have a chance, so its really moot. But, what is misleading is this: :Menendez, from a heavily Democratic area of New Jersey that is home to a large Latino population, has sponsored bills protecting citizens and permanent residents from unlawful detention and deportation and supports allowing illegal immigrants to buy health insurance from exchanges with their own money." This implies that we, Hispanics, all proponents of illegal immigration and the handing out of driver's licenses with no proof of identification and we are not. NJ is home to many Puerto Ricans and has several large Cuban American communities, all who are American with Puerto Ricans being born Americans (Puerto Rico is part of the US, for those non-Americans who didn't know and could become a state as its a close split). We ask the same questions as many of you as to "why not go legal" like so many of our parents have and numerous Mexican Americans out west say the same. Please don't think we harbor loyalty based solely ethnicity, except in a fight!

I've become familiar with this rule over the years: only the right can tell you who is truly on the right and everyody else they don't like is on the left (regardless of whether the left believes it or not).

I'm amused by it. It's a very "exclusive" way of looking at things given inclusion is the way to win elections.

he is the reason I gave up watching CNN when they changed to CNNj and put that jerk on in the morning Tokyo time. Hard to stomach my breakfast with him spouting off!
