Sure, give him bail. Why not. Set the bail at 1 billion dollars. Then if the French and Poles decide they want to pony up the dough, they can deal with him when he decides to skip.

don't understand why the victim is weighing in on this so heavily. It has nothing to do with her at this stage. It is about fleeing to avoid prosecution and confinement a matter for Californian prosecutors.
