When America under Obama give up its position as leader of free world, I think there will be a period in which this kind of phenomenon will become more and more frequent . No standard, no leader ,free for all..I am king ,you are king, everybody is a king ,la la la.

"King of Kings" what a cool title! I wonder what has he done to be called that.

It is said at the beginning that Gadhafi basically emptied his mind. At another news report, also by AP, it is said that Obama appeared before the General Assembly. In fact, it was Gadhafi who spoke to the General Assembly, whereas Obama evacuated his mind.

Gadhafi seem to have a lot venom,at the UN,hope he does more to speak out his mind. Libya needs to build more public relations with rest of world.

Dictator for life, Khadaffi made a mockery of the UN and all the utopians around the world who actually believe in it.

The "King of kings" (who did he succeed - Mugabe, Idi Amin?) also said he'd like to see Obama rule forever.

Wonder why that doesn't appear in the article. It is certainly receiving press elsewhere.

"He sported big shiny rings on each hand"

He's been watching too many re-runs of The A Team.

I just found out that Libiya has a seat on the U.N. Security Council.

Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Gadhafi has been saving up 40 years for this speech. He ranted on about various issues, including John F. Kennedy's assassination. As the head of the Libyan government, it is his right to speak at this yearly event, but has not done so until now.

Big Mo has been diagnosed with advanced stages of a certain STD which affects the brain. I wouldn't put too much stock in anything he says. He got his 100 minutes of fame. Time to head back to the desert. Frightening, though, that he's the long-term leader of the African Union.

Gotta give Gadhafi credit for one thing, though - after he saw what happened to Saddam, he got with the program and got rid of his WMD.

I would love to read a full translation, he was really on a role from the little I saw. I think Ghadafi may be losing his faculties.

Bravo! I want to see him on The Actor's Studio, with James Lipton fawning over him.

Tonight we have a very special guest...

He sort of looks like a cross between Prince (or whatever his name might currently be) and Michael Jackson with the wardrobe of a Bedouin pimp. I like it. The UN is a joke so the jester seemed quite appropriate to me. By 'King of Kings' perhaps he has taken over for Budweiser. Oh sorry, that's 'king of beers'.
