Biased news reporting. No news about NATO killing civilians, torture by insurgents etc.

Too bad he isn't Hamas or Hezbollah. In that case he'd be getting a free pass and tons of cash.

If the regime is setting up at places like hospitals and forcing the staff to stay there, then I have no doubt that NATO is killing civilians because of "collateral damage". If the regime really cared about civilian deaths, they'd let the civilians evacuate rather than force them to stay while they set up defenses.
