    Thank Allah there is finally some glimmer of light at the end of this deep, dark abyss. While I don't believe anything until I see it, at least they are finally starting to discuss a withdrawal including a definite time table. This is what they should have done years and years ago. When you have a deadline, from a psychological standpoint it tells people to get with the program as the free handouts will not last forever. It tells them to start fiddling around and take things seriously. It's over 3 years too long but again at least a start.
