This sums him up.
From "No one is Innocent", the Sex Pistols classic homage to Ronnie Biggs.
"Ronnie Biggs was doing time until he done a bunk Now he says he's seen the light and he sold his soul to punk"
God save Ronnie Biggs!

Without wishing to sound callous, I shall not mourn this career criminal. I don't agree with the way his crime was so romanticised, please remember that the train driver went on to die, partly as a result of the injuries he received and the trauma he suffered from the incident.

He participated in an inexcusable act of violence.
