Legalize drugs, and this garbage would all stop. Tax it all and get out of debt. It will not increase drug usage, but will allow for safe and smart choices.

LA is bad, but I am sure Cuidad Juarez, Reynosa, Matamoros etc..are worse, may even make Los Angeles, Compton, East LA etc..look real nice.

Legalize pot. We in America could change the politics of both Mexico and Canada. There is a reason both Mexico and Columbia (and probably Canada as well) opposed California's recent prop 19.
