    In a strange way, this shows that life is returning to normal in Baghdad. With the decline in terrorist bombings, normal people can go about their business, even bank robbers.

    It's bad when the situation seems better because they're killing for money, instead of religion. I suppose the insurgency and the religious fanatics have impeded organized crime from taking root until now.
