It's actually probably not the heroin causing these overdoses, but rather fentanyl or carfentanil mixed in with the heroin - if there is even any heroin in the mix at all.

Another reason to stop the war on drugs - there is zero regulation, meaning that people are buying their junk on the streets and just hoping it's not contaminated.

No problems here in Florida, we still have all the " Pill Mills " of Oxicotin that people from those places come here for.
