    I've said it before and I still firmly believe it: Anyone who runs for the office of the President of the United States is a masochist, certifiable, or both. There is no upside to that job. EVERYBODY in the world wants something from you and there is no way you're able to accommodate even 1/100 of those requests. You may have the best plan in the last two millennia, but Congress has other ideas.
