WHAT DIFFERANCE DOES IT MAKE at this point!

The Clintons have been bulletin proof for decades, this is rather difficult to weasel out of this one.

MarkG ... They have been experts at weaseling out of scandal after scandal since Whitewater ... and surely they can overcome this small bump in the road as Hillary heads toward the presidential election down the road ...

Just wonder what controversial e-mails she has deleted along the way ...

If you're a Clinton, having Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch call the shots on your case disposition: PRICELESS!

I expect the server will shortly break down and all the e-mails will be lost.

Funny, a few years ago Hilary was excoriating Bush and Rove over lack of transparency and now her chickens have finally come home to roost. This woman has some Gaul and brass....has her own server and uses her own email address and not the .gov address. That basically means she can hide delete or do whatever she wants which makes it even more important to know what happened on that night in Benghazi. But I wonder how many mailes she's been deleting from her server. This is going to be a lot more difficult to for her to explain or wriggle out of.

There is little doubt Hillary Clinton is going to be the first woman president of the United States.

Let the hackers access the full trove. That'll be interesting.

Pretty sure she did not set that up herself. Wonder if she can trust the administrator(s)?

CNN reporting today or yesterday that Democrats, due to huge imbalance in legislatures and governorships vs. Republicans these day, have no viable choice other than Hillary, with her existing machine, and they know it. Expect them and their PR arm (including NYT, etc.) to protect her no matter how ridiculous it gets.

AP: The White House legal counsel’s office was not aware of Clinton’s use of a private email account until some of those emails were sought by the committee investigating the 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi

So that was what, 1 or 2 years ago? And only coming to light now?

Hilary is likely to be next US President. This little hiccup won't stop her.

Likely, means possibly or possibly not. It's not a shoe in.

Likely, means possibly or possibly not.

That's not what likely means.

It's not a shoe in.

Nothing is, but at this moment, it's about as close as it gets.

I hope she doesn't have another brain injury episode or something.

ok,there may be a slight possibility

It's not a shoe in.

Nothing is, but at this moment, it's about as close as it gets.

The way it looks now, it's as distant as it ever was.

I hope she does proceed, the debates with a sharp well informed contestant will cut her to pieces.

Before this news, media said she was going to announce her DEM pres candidacy in August but now it seems way later. Unlike GOP, DEM does not have anyone else. Maybe she may not become candidacy. I don't think she forgot her unhappy first lady experience. if she is elected, she has no time to watch her first man.
