If he leaves he loses his gravy train.

If he stays he can continue to soak the state for as much as he can, even if his continued service does nothing good for the state. Nothing gets done. Nothing gets signed into law. High level state business comes to a screaching halt. < :-)

Idiots. Why couldn't they have done this faster? If they had got off their asses earlier we wouldn't have this whole Burris issue to deal with.
