I called this 15 years ago, when stupid Bush lied us into the stupid war with Iraq.

Iran and Russia's influence in the region has grown because the US stupidly destroyed Iraq.

America's fight against Bin Laden and Al Quaida ended in Afghanistan when they were driven out of that country. Peace was restored and US and allied forces were withdrawn. Mission accomplished. Not, of course. American and allied forces started fighting the Taliban. Obama couldn't end the conflict much less American involvement. "Love trumps hate" Hillary Clinton will do no better because the Taliban refuses to treat women the way Hillary would have them.

Many of us did. What's equally appalling is to see those that screamed over everyone to make this mess now supporting Donald Trump. The radical American right know not personal responsibility. Nor shame.

Gerges, the analyst, said the new developments put to rest any hope of coordination between the United States and Russia in Syria.

No problem, Americans did not fight much anyway. Just not getting on the way would be very nice of them.

Good luck to the Russian pilots!!
