Another senseless sword murder in America. What is it with Americans and the right to bear swords? All swords and knives must be banned immediatley.

I'm not so sure we can blame swords, Madverts. Even without swords there's a chance they two men could have gotten other weapons, such as a gun. Shall we ban those, too????

It's a shame someone died in this. If only someone had gotten injured, slightly, it would be kind of interesting to see (hear about) an old school sword fight. As it is, it's awful.

I'd like to know more of how this all got started... without more details it sounds like they were horsing around and Grandma stepped in the middle.

1.0 oz Lime juice, 1.0 oz Triple sec, 1.0 oz OVAL Vodka add a few dozen beers and 2 swords = Drunk sword fight.......I could not believe what I was reading. Right off the bat I though they must of been drunk.

No way anyone would take injuries like they did without being drunk.

They must have been drinking and watching Highlander....!

Thinning of the herd is sometimes needed...........

Madverts: All swords and knives must be banned immediatley.

Why? Obviously the problem here is that grandman ran toward the swords. All she had to do was run away from the swords and she would be fine.

Badsey: The Japanese sword will win that one everytime.

Nonsense. I would take a nice long rapier to combat a katana one on one any day. I might however prefer the katana if facing several opponents alone, mainly because the katana will handle a smacking far better.

Heh, /sarcasm off/ so when the pro-gun lobby use that argument for victims of a mass shooting, I don't think you'll be in agreement somehow....
