We need to get to the cause of it immediately for any possible corrective action if the cause is due to maintenance. I suspect human error and/or weather. C-130s do not crash just like that for no reason.

C 130's have malfunctioned and failed in the past so it may not just be human error or bad weather.

Time to change C130s,it is already a many years old model, to a safer high tech new model, military transport plane.
C130 from lockheed martin, first flight was in 1950s and about 2262 units made till 2006.
