    So they think the answer to curbing sexual harassment is to increase the number of female personnel in an organization dominated by sexually inexperienced men at their peak of horniness who are locked in a cage called the military?

    Well, it might work if those women are extremely sexually liberated and not planning to use sexual harassment laws to make a buck. Otherwise its like trying to reduce gazelle deaths by putting more of them in with the lions!

    There is a core problem here, and its one of those 500 pound gorillas in the room that everyone is trying to ignore. You won't get much improvement in behavior until these young men are getting it regular and realize that maintaining that will require acting like gentlemen. And the only reason its never going to happen is because too few women are willing to participate.

    Of course another answer is make sure that only mature adults are allowed in the military, instead of men still in or barely out of their teens.
