Why is there constant reports on Iran about democracy when that country by far is more democratic than most other countries in the region?

    LIBERTAS

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s hard-line government said Monday it has banned Iran’s largest pro-reform political party in a new strike against an opposition movement that has largely been swept from the streets since last year’s post-election turmoil. How* dare* these Eye-ranians vote for someone we don't like?

Talk about disingenuous reporting. Try a real opposition rally in Tokyo, Ottawa, London or DC and watch the jack-booted heavies in black uniforms swarm all over you like a fat-kid on a Smartie. Amazing the slant that newsies put when our thug is not elected!

And this is the government that Obama said he's willing to meet without any preconditions? (rolleyes)
