With a wise, patient leader like President Obama at the helm, relations between Iran and the U.S. can only improve.

Given sufficient time, all governments run by conservative hard-liners will run their economies into the ground.

“Obama, Obama, you are either with them, or with us,”

I reckon someone in the White House is being dissed, and badly.

Wow, just what do the Iranian government protesters expect the US to do? Obama can't help them because the US isn't going to go in their and clean up their act for them. As for the "Death to America" I mean how many decades have they been doing the same old same old? Of course they're just going to assume everything is the great satan's fault instead of watching their own arses.

This article is confusing; I think Mousavi and Ahmadinejad is confused. Mousavi is being recognized as the govt so thats his military bashing the protesters? And Ahmadinejad is who got voted in, but ruled out, to set the questionable situation of Iran'S democracy? So, when it is suggested that the numbers are low and the military is getting to the protesters, it could be read that Ahmadinejad? and protesters for him, are unwilling to be violent-like the military, (and perhaps Mousavi protesters)and as Obama is also making appeal to. They care about their people it would seem. So I would then conclude that the US is not the enemy, but education and how it is handled, or weilded would be more appropriate word, as you can see by Mousavi.
