sabi, have you took a look at Obama's history? The guy was top notch.
I may not be all too happy about him like many, but I can give him is due credit, he would mop the floor with ajdinnerjad.
first rule: the debate must have eye to eye contact, no squinting allowed!
I don't think either candidate will take him up on this--McCain, because Iran isn't supposed to have any legitimate points and to talk to Iran would demonstrate weakness; Obama, because it's a losing proposition for him if Americans hear any legitimate points that Iran has.
Since Sarah Palin seems to be gung-ho in touting the evil that is Iran, I'd much prefer her to debate him.
UN HQ - the Americans grabbed it from the Swiss at the end of WWII. And now you want them to have it back?
Are you saying that the UN HQ used to be in Switzerland? That's a new one.
The defunct League Of Nations was based in Geneva if I recall but to my knowledge the Swiss have never had anything to do with the UN other than being just a member nation. Besides, the UN didn't exist until AFTER WWII so how can the US "grab it back" from the Swiss at the end of the war?
If Switzerland wants the UN they can have it. Heck, give it to Zimbawbe. Just get it out of Manhattan, please!
As far as Ahmadinejad is concerned I would love to see McCain and Obama take some time from slagging each other and shellac the pompous Iranian president. He could use a good spanking.
Regarding the UN, Geneva, Switzerland, actually hosts more UN offices and organization than does NYC. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) may be the most visible, but also located in Geneva are ECE, ILO, ITU, OHCHR, UNCTAD, UNHCR, WIPO, and WMO.
If the U.N. is going to insist on allowing terrorist nutcases like Mahmoud I'm in a Jihad to attend their annual opening sessions, we need to kick the U.N. HQ out of NY and the U.S. How about moving them to the Liancourt Rocks?

Hey, why move the UN? If he doesn't like it, he can drop out. I am sure Iran pays something to the UN. Why not just make a new one, to his liking?

Dont you just despise the cowards who hide, who refuse to disclose the truth about themselves. Is it shame ? Is it fear? What makes them that way?

Seems kind of dangerous to have a debate with Ahmadinejad. The radical Left might actually do right-ins for him during the election.

And Cindy Sheehan as his VP. Change They Can Believe In.

You might want to tell Ahmadinejad that because he's talking about going to NYC and nowhere else...

David Duke helps Mahmoud Ahmadinejad prepare for the debates:
MA: What if I don't know the answer to a question?
DD: Blame the Jews.
MA: That's gold, David! Gold!
