that iraqi political parties can even discuss the arrangements outlined in this article means of course that the biggest news out of iraq, the one that the mainstream media is deliberately avoiding, is that mccain was spectacularly right and obama was wrong.

With Iranian sensitivities in mind, the Iraqis also want an explicit ban on the U.S. using Iraqi territory to attack its neighbors — a demand that was reinforced by last Sunday’s U.S. raid against a suspected al-Qaida hideout in Syria.

I think this is only fair.

If there are no US troops in Iraq after 2011 then it means radical liberals in the West will have to think of a new reason to support Iran getting nukes. What do you think that will be?

I think, perhaps, that I would call Chomsky a radical liberal. But I'm fairly sure that he doesn't support Iran getting nukes even with US troops in Iraq. I don't think this is about Iranian nuclear ambitions.

If there are no US troops in Iraq after 2011, the greater question is where will they be? I think that is a question that might make any country a little nervous. And it might even drive nuclear ambition.

Nobody who is not Iranian supports Iran getting nuclear weapons. Give it up dude.

I cannot figure out how the heck the part I bolded fits in with the rest. Maybe you could help me out here?
