Iceland model = Only one who prosecuted bankers that were giving out loans with no basis. = Debts that were not actually owed by the people of Iceland were written off. Fraudulent loans were prosecuted and many of these criminal bankers went to the "City of London" which is a separate entity from the UK (sort of like the Vatican in jurisdiction).
