How fitting, seeing as how ISIS got its start with the remnants of Sadams Hussein's army that Bush and Rummy failed to destroy.

This is Bush's fault. This is the mindless right wing blustering fools who voted for Bush's fault.

Black Sabbath - This is Bush's fault. This is the mindless right wing blustering fools who voted for Bush's fault.

??? Obama is the current President of the U.S.A. and has been in power for the last 7 years. However, it's the Islamic State group who have claimed responsibility for this attack. It is the Islamic State which is responsible. This isn't the thread for biased political party campaigning in the U.S.A..

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack via a statement posted online, SITE intelligence group, a monitoring organization, reported.

IS has been waging a campaign of suicide bombings in and around the capital as Iraqi forces and their allies battle the militants in the north and west of the country.

But it wasn't Obama that broke Iraq, and opened the doors for ISIS, it was Bush. Obama got stuck cleaning up Bush's disaster.

ISIS continually shows that they're anti-fun. No drinking, no dancing, no singing, no pre-marital sex (unless it's rape then it's ok.), no sports events, no intelligence.

This is Bush's fault.

Not entirely. The Kurds, the Shiites hated Saddam. There was lots of fake loyalty. Bush broke Iraq and tried to rebuild it. Former Iraqi leader's Nouri Maliki failed leadership is the main culprit. He didn't sympathize with the Sunnis.

Iraqi security forces failed to hold the borders. The US can train them, but its ultimately up to the Iraqi people whether they stand or fall. Nice try Sabbath bloody Sabbath.

In other words, it's the Islamic State group who have claimed responsibility for this attack.
