On Wednesday, Hamas officials said the talks had hit a snag over some of the top militants the Islamic group wants freed and a deal is unlikely in the coming days." They do have the better part of the deal, 1 for 100's... or do they believe some prisoners are worth more than others?

Great news. Things might finally be changing. Maybe Israel has finally decided to start following international law. I hope they continue, and I hope they will soon follow UNSC resolutions and common human decency. They might even return to their pre-1967 borders. That would be great!

Dream on. The "Palestinians" (aka Arab muslims) will immediately say that this not enough and not offer any peace. Why should they? Their goal is the destruction of the Jewish state and not any kind kind of peaceful coexistence.

The West (as well as Israels government) continue to operate on the false assumption that the Arab muslim groups can be appeased by any compromise.
