Just a thought, but why is there a Gaza strip in the first place?? Should not Israel just invade that strip, push their enemies from their over to the West Bank?? The USA would not allow some crappy strip of land to have enemies and launching rockets etc...into the USA, so why does Israel allow this??

The solution here is for the Israelies to stay out of Palestine, remove any troops that are in Palestine and cease any more actions that will further the suffering of the Palestinian people. Why the world allows the Israelies to oppress innocent civilians and take their land is beyond any reason that does not involve greed, oil or antiquated ideas about divine religeous rights.

I don't really see how firing missiles at an insurgent training camp counts as "actions that will further the suffering of the Palestinian people." You don't seem to understand it is a back and forth exchange, not a one sided punishment. If the Palestinians didn't launch rockets into Israel, then Israelis wouldn't need troops in the area, it's quite simple really. And if they were there anyway, the international community could tell them to get out because they were not needed, but that's not the case.

In other words, destroy the state of Israel. Yes, that is what all radical islamists agree on. I guess it counts as a "solution" in some way... how about if someone suggested this "solution" for your country?

You're forgetting about the expansion of Israeli settlements.

I realize it was a leap year but that was quite the leap!

I am simply saying that if Israel stops oppressing Palestine both militarily and politically the whole region may become less volatile and the non christians may stop hating them so much. The Palestinians deserve to be free exactly as much as the rest of us. If a foreign army and goverment invaded my country at will and took our land I wound never stop fighting and would expect that no one would. This is not a war between equal military and economic forces this is oppression and the fight for freedom.

I myself agree that there's no point in those. All the settlements do is make people hate Israel, that's it. I don't suggest the removal of troops (who are actually needed), but the removal of settlements just like what happened in Gaza. This however doesn't suddenly make the Palestinians innocent kittens.
