The land the Israelis would be exchanging does not belong to them. This conflict is extremely simple and straightforward. Israel MUST move back to its pre-1967 border, then we can start talking. Any country that has a government that supports this occupation needs to change their government as they clearly bribed and or blackmailed.

To you, history is a matter of belief. You aren't concerned with truth, because it doesn't further your ability to hate. Be informed, not stupid.

YongYang, I agree completely. From Avigdor Lieberman's past comments, he is clearly an extreme racist with no concern for historical truth. This intermediate peace agreement he is calling for is just to get the non-Jews out of Israel and make the Occupied Palestinian Territories on which he lives on part of Israel.

Sabi: It's good you agree that you are a believer and not interested in truth. You can now begin to see that truth buries your belief and in turn set yourself free to the facts.

Every country in the world including USA actually voted in favor of the 67 resolution in the UN. It is odd that US votes in favor of an Israeli retreatment to 67 borders yet support Israeli expansion. They say one thing and do the exact opposite. The same with US wanting to spread democracy but support dictators and boycott democratic elections. Israel as you all know is the only country in the world which has not defined it's borders. Therefore, Israel is fine with expanding, tearing down Palestinian homes and farms, then build new settlements making sure to cleanse it free from Palestinians. So now, Palestinians want Israel to stop eating away even more into East Jerusalem, which is the historic capital of Palestine. Israel is planning to demolish 20,000 homes there. The plan for Jerusalem follows the Israeli Government and Jerusalem Municipality policy of demographic and ethnic control, aimed at preserving demographics in the city at 70% Jewish to 30% Arab. This policy is clearly stated on the Jerusalem Municipality's website. Until they reach this goal, Israel will keep on tearing down Palestinian homes and cleanse the city free from Palestinians.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I base my statements on very clear resolutions from both the UNSC and the UN General Assembly, as well as from the International Court of Justice. Interesting that you would agree with this Lieberman guy, if you knew anything about him you'd know that he is an extremely racist person (look him up). Unlike most of the other Israeli politicians, he is openly racist.

neogreenjapan,
good points you bring up.
People should wonder how they could possibly get away with this. Do western leaders truly look after their own people, or are they controlled by an external force?
That is not often mentioned. Hmmmm, has Israel wiped itself off the map?!!!

East Jerusalem was made Judenrein during the occupation by its Arab neighbor prior to 1967. The Jews were verboten from entering East Jerusalem to visit their holiest sites, which includes the Temple Mount. Israel is not going to give up East Jerusalem and allow the Muslim Arabs to again cleanse the Jews, as they already have throughout the Arab world.
Mecca: 100% Muslim Arab to 0% non-believer.
