While at the same time the Israeli settlements continue to expand. How can you have a peace plan based on two separate territories when the Israelis have defacto annexed large chunks of the west bank? Unless the settlements are frozen any peace plan on that basis is a non-starter. Unless the Israelis are willing to abandon the settlements in place and leave them standing for the Palistinians to use, that is. Good luck with that.

Israel is looking to bargain. What you are suggesting is not a negotiation, it’s a relinquishing of ones bargaining chips before the bargaining begins. Only a fool would give up ones valuables without securing something of value in return.
