A lot of plane crashes these days, it seems. Sad.

This is just another normal day for the Chinese, they need to keep their economy growing and so a few people die along the way, the regime in Beijing will not even blink for just 1 second, so RIP Chinese who were getting richer and richer.

elbundamexicano: What on earth are you going on about? Sounds like you're taking the story of a plane crash and turning into a misdirected and personal rant against China... but that may just be me.

I don't know how this is 'just a normal day for the Chinese', or how the economy grows from a plane crash (in fact, you would think companies like this would suffer as a result, and in turn the economy). This is a tragedy, and hopefully something not repeated 'normally'.

Luckily, there are never any air crashes in countries where they don't need to keep their economy growing.

    elbundamexicano,

The last major passenger jet crash in China was in November 2004

I guess their economy is going down, too, then because they've only had one major air crash in 6 years? Bummmer.

Inventors must keep improving air transport tech .

Time is ripe, for new type of flying objects inventions, that will make air travel safer and safer.

Good news is that more than half of the people on the plane survived. Be thankful for that.
