We need to make it criminal for women to falsely accuse men of paternity in this day in age.

Ms. Yeater is in a no-win situation; if the tests are negative, she will be sued and her name forever association with "gold-digging (fill-in-the-blank-with-nasty-female-reference) but if the test is positive she is guilty of statutory rape and, if she is not prosecuted, will set off a firestorm among men who feel that the courts favort women. Either way, I feel sorry for the child.

I did not have sexual relationships with that woman~baaaby baby baby OOOOH baby~ I dunno somehow that seems like it would make great lyrics for that song.

I don't think she'll be guilty of Statutory rape because it depends on her age when said baby was concieved. She could have been between 18-19... dunno how old the baby is, but this Yeater woman is pretty stupid if she can't figure out who the daddy is. Although I know many guys with a grudge (and maybe envy) against Bieber will be hoping the child is his. That would be a field day xD. But Yeater is definitely going to be known as a gold digging wench xD.

It's not her age that matters here, it's Beiber's ... he's 17 now, which means he could have been 15 or 16 at the time of conception, and that is considered a minor in most countries. Statutory rape also applies to a woman if the male is still underaged.

It seems every nook and cranny has a different rule on things like this, which just goes to show almost nobody thinks straight on this subject. But in Cali, her age matters. Cali has a rule that any three year age difference is legal. Is it a 3 year term, as in 36 months, or any 16 and any 19 year old for example regardless of birth date? You tell me. No one was raped in any case, so this age baloney makes my friggin head hurt, as does the idea that they should go after her, despite the fact than neither Bieber nor his parents are complaining. Doesn't everybody have something better to do?

Ahem. Men have also falsely claimed to be the father.

Moving on, you obviously have not thought very deeply about this. There is only way to know a guy is not the father, and that is a paternity test. There is no time machine we can use to determine two people did not have sex. And if they did have sex, the man might be the father. Even women cannot tell without a paternity test. So wait for it.
