How can Kerry say that Iran isn't serious about the upcoming talks? They seriously want a nuclear weapon. If he still can't figure that out then it's his own problem - not theirs.

North Korea have few nuclear weapons but it's not being consider serious treat and no attacks are being planet to attack North. Iran is tying to make nuclear fule to build atm bomb. But they likly still need more time (10)before assembling some Nukes so why is there need to put pressure on Iran
