Time for China to put it's cards on the table on the table instead of talking out both ends at the same time.

Kerry also said it was up to China, North Korea’s sole major ally, to “put some teeth”

KNOCK IT OFF!! The fundamental cause of the tension in Korean peninsula was America beating her war drums since 2010! America has a policy of "Returning to Asia" which is a warmongering policy to China! Thats why China Russia teamed up to send their messge clear to "stay away" from the 38th parallel! This is their "TEETHS"!!! NO cooperation, NO contacts, NO common interest between the US China military relationship! Why should China help a future enemy who is planning an all out war in east Asia?America is an obstacle and the source of all turbulences with their so called "Pivotal" influences! Obama is just a paper tiger, he do nothing, he solved nothing in Syria, he is just making propaganda to save his own woes in domestic!

You have no idea what the US is capable of. Please remember than even your country China, which is far more powerful militarily than North Korea is still trying to "catch up" with the U.S.

Do you think the boy who would be king cares?

It's time North Korea should stop this sort of rhetoric. It shows immaturity in the Leadership. China has been very unhappy with its neighbour and it is also worry of its nuclear development program. China can only take actions to a certain degree as North Korea itself is a sovereign state and is responsible to its own action.

North Korea in the past had been receiving the technical nuclear development information from Pakistan rogue scientist. Pakistan was once an ally of the USA and during that time USA had not followed up its harsh rhetoric to its then ally when this incidence occurred. I suspect that it was in US self interest as well as Pakistan as a sovereign state that US had ignored Pakistan action then. It would be childish to tell China to sink some teeth into North Korea even though it has been a supporter of this rogue neighbour. North Korea is not part of China and it can't tell them how to run their country, just as US can't tell Pakistan then.

OssanAmerica You have no idea what the US is capable of.

Yes we have : all wars running by US - the same thing - massive air attack against civilians... Germany, Japan, Korea !!, Vietnam , Iraq , little Serbia, Lybia -always the same scenario ! kill more civilians

US Army is afraid to look into the enemy eyes....

I understand Baby Kim demands that Obama calls him. I know Barrack is very busy so I'm willing to make the call for him:

Me: Hi there

Kim: Blah, blah, blah, nuclear power, imperialists, the might of Nk, blah, blah, blah, can you lend me dime, blah, food and food would be handy too, capitalists swines, destroy america, blah, about that dime , blah, maybe Japan can kick in a bit, thermo nuclear war, the great people of NK, blah, you finished with that sandwich?

Me; Boooooring

I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few American forces on the move in NK already

Matthew Simon Really Olegek seems I was on the ground in Iraq and looked plenty of enemies in the eye.

First - Iraq was destroyed from the air and only then US ARMY come in

Second

I was on the ground in Iraq and looked plenty of enemies in the eye.

You mean Iraquis ? Really bad guys....

The worst of all - it's a lot of them in Iraq....

My point - US ARMY is not capable to destroy a strong enemy in ground combat....

Back on topic please. Iraq is not relevant to this discussion.

@Olegek, seems you lack serious knowledge of conventional warfare tactics.

The only way for NK to win a war against the US is if they used the same "tactics" of terrorist organizations. A conventional army is preferred because at least the US will know who they're supposed to target.

Conventional war - the war against army NOT civilians ....

The only way for NK to win a war against the US

As far as I understand this is not NK who putting his forces near US borders

Sounds like your head is still up in clouds somewhere. The US does not intentionally wage war against civilians as much as you'd love to believe it. Please tell me your strategy when a terrorist target decides to take shots at you while sitting in the middle of a farmers market surrounded by civilians that have nothing to do with the valid target trying to kill you. And when the civilians run away from the terrorist attacker, the attacker follows them and hides among them just so when you finally do take him out he gets the "glory" of showing how "bad" the US is for killing innocent women and children that he used as human shields to wage propaganda for his "cause" while trying to take him out.

Plus you still forget the US is only in SK because SK allows us to be there. And as for the reason US bases are there in the first place, as I said, look up your history books for the Korean war. NK tried to take over all of Korea in the first place. So yeah, NK is completely at fault for trying to force communism (which is their current regime ran by the family of Kim) down SKs throat back in the day and you can see how well NK is doing for it. Do the math.
